We create networking events that are not solely networking. These environments can sometimes be intimidating, particularly if you are just starting out. Many networking events for women also exclude men from attending.
We want to do things differently. We provide an environment for, laughter, collaboration, enjoyment, empowerment and celebration. We understand to close the gender pay gap and aid in the fight for gender equality, we must still promote, guide and support women in business but we must do this by including men in that conversation. This will enable us to explain what we need as women to support us into more senior leadership roles, but also allows our male counterparts to help us understand what we need to do to grow and thrive in a male dominated environment that is senior leadership.

We want to create a celebratory atmosphere for women and their male supporters/business partners to make new connections and gain valuable contacts. We want to discuss new ideas and ways business can be done better for our communities and at the same time, enjoy each other’s company with fine wine, dining and live music.
